We’re excited to share that our vision extends beyond just this space. Our private train car event space offers a unique and charming setting for your next gathering, whether it’s a birthday celebration, family reunion, or corporate event. This refurbished train car is equipped with a dining area, lounge, bar, restroom, kitchenette, and a wheelchair lift, making it the perfect place to host memorable occasions.
Looking to the future, we're planning to introduce more concepts that align with our mission of community and growth. Ultimately, our goal is to open a culinary school that offers more than just training—it offers a fresh start. This school will be open to everyone but will specifically focus on providing opportunities for aged-out foster kids, juvenile delinquents, immigrants, and refugees. We believe in the power of the culinary arts to create career paths and a sense of belonging for those who need it most
